Making a booking

I don't know how to see the seat numbers.
For reserved seats to be seated in a hall or a stadium, the seat numbers are shown in the purchase confirmation screen.
Can I choose my seat?
You can choose your seat for performances at Opera Palace, but not at Playhouse and The Pit. The best available seat will be automatically selected for you.
What are charges?
The following fees are charged besides the ticket price;
* There are some exceptions in charges, so please make sure to check on the performance's page.

└It's a handling charge for ticketing.
Special fee
└It's a handling charge for special sale. Prices differ by performance.
How about the security on purchase process? Can I securely purchase the ticket?
This website adopts SSL (Secure Socket Layer) communication to the personal information such as credit card information input by customers when your data is transmitted to us and communicates the information by encoding the data.
Please be assured that your important personal information will not be stolen,
even if the data is intercepted by any outside party.

Payment method

How do I pay for my order?
Only credit card payment is accepted.
The credit cards acceptable are VISA and MasterCard and JCB and DinersClub and AMEX.
PayPal is not acceptable.

However, please note that, even with VISA or MasterCard or JCB or DinersClub or AMEX, a purchase may not be made due to a difference in standard of the credit cards.

Collecting your tickets

What's "Will Call"?
You can pick up your ticket at the venue on the day of the performance.
Regarding the starting time and venue to pick up the ticket, please refer to the purchase completion screen and e-mail.
How can I pick up my ticket?
You must pick up your tickets at the box office on the day of the performance and you must bring two items below:

1. The credit card you used to pay for the tickets or Your ID card
2. Your ticket number
Can the tickets be delivered?
We're sorry we can't ship the tickets.
For picking up the tickets at the venue, where is the box office located?
Please ask the staff of the place about the exact location, whether it locates inside or outside of the venue, etc. on the day.

Refund

Can I cancel my ticket?
Please note that, as in the terms of service, we do not accept any ticket cancellation due to customer's convenience.
How can I get a refund in case the performance is canceled?
In case of refund for the cancellation of the performance due to weather, etc., a cancellation email will be separately sent from Pia to the email address registered at the time of purchase.

After booking your tickets

How do I see my purchase history?
Please access URL for "About Purchase history" written at the bottom of the purchase confirmation e-mail.
To browse the page, input Order Number written in the same email and your birthday input at the time of purchase.
What do I need on the day of performance?
It depends on performance.
Please check the announcement made at the time of purchase or the purchase completion mail.
I've lost my credit card used at the time of purchase.
Will it affect at the time of receiving the tickets?
If you lose your credit card, an ID card with a photo may be an alternative.
I haven't received the purchase confirmation e-mail yet.
The purchase confirmation e-mail is delivered from the email address: ticket-info@pia.co.jp.
Please check if it hasn't been sorted into a "spam" folder.
The person purchased the ticket is unable to come to the performance.
May a substitute go to the performance in her/his place?
The response differs by performance whether a substitute may participate or not.
Please check with the contact for each performance.

Others

I can't find the contacts for each performance.
