Notes
When you visit
- Re-entry is allowed.
- Please note that players may be absent from the event due to injury or physical condition. In such cases, replacements, changes, or cancellations will not be accepted.
- Video recording is prohibited inside the building.
- No one other than those with arena seats will be allowed into the arena seating area.
- Watching the game from any seat other than your own is prohibited.
- All seats are reserved and standing or empty seats are prohibited.
- No bottles are allowed.
- There is no cloakroom inside the venue. Also, the number of lockers inside the venue is limited. Please use the coin lockers around the venue before coming.
- Please use public transportation when visiting the venue.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. Smoking is prohibited everywhere, including toilets.
- We may refuse entry to anyone who is determined to be a member of a crime group or a similar anti-social group, or to have close ties to such groups.
- Due to the nature of the performance, your seat may be difficult to view the ring or stage. Please understand that we cannot accept requests to move or change seats.
- Please note that for safety reasons, we may ask you to move, and depending on the situation, you may be seated at the rear. Thank you for your understanding.
- If you do not have the actual ticket on the day, you will not be allowed to enter. If you forget or lose your ticket on the day, please note that we will not be able to reissue or allow you to enter under any circumstances.
- Reselling tickets is prohibited. If reselling is discovered, you may be refused entry.
When purchasing
- We will not be able to change or cancel your application after purchase.
- Please note that the opening time and game start time are subject to change. If any changes occur, we will notify you via email, so please ensure that you register with a valid email address.
- Depending on the payment method and collection method, a handling fee may be required in addition to the ticket price.
- Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, changed or cancelled for any reason.
- Please keep your issued ticket in a safe place until the day of the event. Some tickets are made of thermal paper and may turn black when exposed to heat. Please be careful.
- Changes to visitors or accompanying persons cannot be made outside the application acceptance period. If you wish to make changes, please cancel your application and apply again.
- You can apply as many times as you like during the lottery period. If there are any changes, please apply again. However, please note that the lottery will be held based on the latest application details.
