Business hours

This service is open 24 hours a day except for interruption of service due to system maintenance, etc. (including data update work in the early morning). Also, you can purchase our product from 10:00 am on the general release day of the target performance. However, you need to register as a member to purchase a ticket.

Sales and application period

Please check it on each performance page. In the lottery sale, the acceptance period for application, change, or cancellation and the date and time of announcement of the lottery result are set for each target performance, so please check the lottery application page of each performance when you apply. (Note that you cannot apply, change, or cancel after the acceptance period ends.)

Sales prices are listed for each product. (All the tickets sold in this service show prices including consumption tax.)

  • For first-come-first-served sales, for one application, if the total ticket price is 5,000 yen or less, it will be 330 yen (tax included), and if the total ticket price is 5,001 yen or more, it will be 616 yen (tax included).
    For lottery sales, the payment fee differs depending on the application method (entry in order of preference, entry for multiple performances).

    <For entry in order of preference>
    For one application, if the total amount of the most expensive ticket price is 5,000 yen or less, it will be 330 yen (tax included), and if the total amount that ticket price is 5,001 yen or more, it will be 616 yen (tax included).
    *Even if the lottery results in winning only tickets whose total ticket price is 5,000 yen or less, if the most expensive ticket price is 5,001 yen or more at the time of application, 616 yen (tax included) will be charged.

    <For entry for multiple performances>
    For one application, if the total ticket price is 5,000 yen or less, it will be 330 yen (tax included), and if the total ticket price is 5,001 yen or more, it will be 616 yen (tax included).
    *If you win multiple performances, the above payment fee will be charged for the number of winning performances.

  • Resale application fee (For one resale application, it will be 10% of the ticket price; if 10% of the total ticket price is 100 yen or less, it will be 100 yen (tax included).)

  • Account remittance processing fees (For one application, it will be ¥275 (tax included).)

Payment-after-delivery powered by atone by Net Protections Holdings, Inc.

The invoice will be fixed at the time of purchase and payment will be made the following month (at convenience stores, via account transfer). The fee will be charged by Net Protections Holdings, Inc., which operates atone, in accordance with the membership policy of Net Protections Holdings, Inc., by the designated method.

Method and time of delivery

Ticketing at the store

Tickets can be issued at Seven-Eleven and Family Mart (only stores with multi-copy machines).
*If you pay by credit card, the ticket will be issued 24 hours after the date and time of purchase. (If you purchase the ticket from 3 days before the performance date, the ticket can be issued on the same day as your purchase.) *Some tickets may have a ticketing start date. Please check it at the time of purchase.

If you pay by credit card for a ticket that is valid for the period, even if it is between 3 days before the performance and after the start of the performance period, issue can be issued at the store from 24 hours after the payment.During the purchase flow, you will find information regarding issue on the "Payment/ issuance method Selection Screen" and "Purchase Confirmation Screen."After completing your purchase, you can also find issue information on your "My Ticket" page.
Note: Tickets valid within a certain period are not for a one-day performance, but are valid for a period of several days.
Examples: tickets to art exhibitions, exhibitions, expositions, movies, aquariums, zoos, theme parks, hot springs, etc.

Delivery

Products will be delivered in about a week by simplified registration of Yu-mail. Some tickets may have a scheduled shipping date. Please check it at the time of purchase.

Cancellation

After the application, we cannot change products or cancel your order for your convenience.

Refund due to cancellation of performance, etc.

In case of cancellation, etc. of the performance due to force majeure, based on the decision of the organizer and entrustment to PIA Corporation, a refund will be made only within the prescribed period. However, in this case, if the ticket is damaged or lost, or if it is extremely dirty and difficult to identify, we will not refund it at all. In addition, only the ticket price, system usage fee, ticketing fee, and special sales usage fee will be refunded (delivery fee will be refunded only if the ticket is not delivered). Payment fee, resale application fee, remittance processing fee, and resale purchase fee will not be refunded. Also, it may take about 3 to 4 weeks for the refund.
