PIA Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) strongly recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and takes great care in handling it.
As such, the Company has established its Privacy Policy, which governs how the Company collects, uses, discloses, transfers, and stores information about you.
This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms of Use for the Company’s services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) and any accompanying terms or guidelines, etc., applies to your use of the Services.

I. What information the Company collects and how the Company collects it

• Information collected directly from you
  When you register for the Services, the Company may ask you to provide the following information:
  (1) Name;
  (2) Gender;
  (3) Date of birth;
  (4) Address;
  (5) Phone number;
  (6) E-mail address; and
  (7) Other information, such as a password, which is necessary to verify the identity of the person accessing the account.
• Device information
  If you use the Services on a device or mobile device, the Company may collect a device identification ID, a mobile device identification ID, a notification token for an app provided by the Company (an authentication key needed to make push notifications), and an IP address. The Company may also collect any other information you choose to provide, such as the name, type, phone number, and country you have associated with the device, as well as your name or e-mail address.
• Information related to customer support
  If you are assisted by the Company’s Customer Support Team, the Company may collect and store contact information you provide and information about your activity on the services. The Company may also store information it receives from interactions during support and the information contained therein.
• Information on your actions
  In your use of the Services, the Company may collect and store information provided directly to the Company and through third party service providers that provide the Services. The Company may also collect information about your use of the services.
• Acquisition of information using cookies, etc.
  (1) When you access the Service, we will obtain the following specific technical information. We and our service providers acting on our behalf will use log files and tracking technologies to obtain and analyze cookies, IP addresses, device types, device identification IDs, browser types, browser languages, referring and exit pages, platform types, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, number of page views and the order of page views, URLs of each page, time spent on a particular page, app or website status, and the date and time of activity on our app or website, and Other information. For internal use, we may associate this information with your customer ID number. • Collection of personal information
  For the purpose of measuring the effectiveness of advertising carried out in partnership with a third party and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy “II. Purpose of use of collected information,” the Company may collect information (click date and time, transition source URL, device type, OS information, etc.) from a third party when you click on the Company’s advertisements displayed in third party media, and use it as personal data.

II. Purpose of use of collected information

The Company uses your collected information for the following purposes:

(1) Sales and provision of tickets, books, CDs, DVDs, and other products and services handled by the Company (acceptance, payment, delivery, same-day exchange, etc.);
(2) Services associated with (1) above (announcement of change, cancellation, additional release, next release of the performance through member page, e-mail, postal mail, telephone, etc. and communication for confirmation deemed necessary for business purposes, etc.);

(13) Preventing the spread of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.

III. Information sharing and provision of information to third parties

The Company will not share your personal information with or provide it to third parties except in any of the following cases. If the Company provides your personal information to a third party, it will instruct the third party to keep the disclosed information confidential and not to use your information for purposes other than those specified by the Company:

• When your consent is obtained
  With your consent, the Company may provide your information (it may be personal information.) to a third party company, organization, or individual.
• Provision to a performance organizer
  In the following cases, the Company may provide all or part of personal information of you or ticket users (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) to the performance organizers. In order for the performance organizers (including the host of the performance, the operating company, and the agency to which the performers belong; the same shall apply hereinafter) to (i) notify customers or ticket users who have purchased tickets through the Services about the cancellation, postponement, or change of content of the performance, and to provide refunds accordingly; (ii) confirm the identity of the customers when exchanging tickets or entering the venue; (iii) provide information about the performance, products, and services provided by the performance organizers; or (iv) in order for the performance organizers to contact customers who have violated the PIA Membership Terms and Conditions, etc.
• Provision to affiliated credit card company
  For customers who have received an affiliated credit card from a credit card company affiliated with the Company (hereinafter referred to as “Affiliated Credit Card Company”), the Company may provide all or part of your personal information (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) to the Affiliated Credit Card Company in order for the Affiliated Credit Card Company to provide the basic functions and ancillary services of the affiliated credit card, as well as to conduct market research and product development in the business of the Affiliated Credit Card Company and franchisees.
• Provision to payment service companies and card issuers
  The following personal information, etc. collected from you may be provided to our payment service providers, Paygent Co., Ltd. and GMO Payment Gateway, Inc., as well as to your card issuing company, for the purpose of detecting and preventing fraudulent use by the card issuing company.
  

  Your identification ID, credit card identification ID, phone number, e-mail address, registered address information, delivery address, payment amount, account activity information, and credit card registration date and time.

  If you use a credit card issued by a credit card issuer in a foreign country, this information may be transferred to the country of such credit card issuer. As the destination differs depending on the credit card issuer you use, the Company cannot specify the foreign country to which your personal information is transferred. Therefore, please confirm the address of the credit card issuer you use.
• Provision of information to business operators that provide fraudulent transaction prevention services
  The Company may provide some of your personal information to third parties that provide fraudulent transaction prevention services to detect and prevent fraud in online transactions and to improve the approval rate of legitimate transactions.
• Sharing with third party service providers
  The Company will provide your information to third parties who provide services such as data analysis, e-mail transmission, identity verification services, hosting services, and customer service on its behalf, third parties who provide services such as payment agencies, or third parties who support the Company’s marketing.
• Sharing for linkage with external services
  The Company may provide user information to an external service operator when linking with or authenticating using Twitter, Google account, or other external services.
• Sharing with third-party advertisers
  The Company may share the following information with third-party advertisers: (1) specific technical information (including IP address and terminal ID.); (2) non-personally identifiable statistical information; and (3) non-personally identifiable information about the use of the services. You agree that such information may be used by the Company or third-party advertisers for customer trend analysis, demographic analysis, web analysis, and advertising referred to as behavioral targeting ads.
• Provision to points-based reward websites, etc.
  If you transfer and use the Company’s services via an advertising business operator which it has partnered with (including those through the media such as points-based reward websites registered in the affiliate service which is provided by such advertising business operator), the Company will provide a part of your purchase information to such advertising business operator and such points-based reward websites for the purpose of identifying the results of advertising and providing advertising services to you. The handling of your purchase information by the business operator and the website to which the Company provides the information is subject to the Privacy Policy set forth by the points-based reward website, etc. you used. • Provision to health centers, medical institutions, etc.
  In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases, the Company may provide your information (it may be personal information) to performance organizers, health centers, medical institutions, and related public institutions.
• Legal reason
  The Company may be required to disclose your personal information by law, regulation, legal process, or requests from a public or government agency within or outside your country of residence. The Company may disclose information about you when it deems it necessary or appropriate for national security, law enforcement, or other public interest. The Company may disclose information about you if it believes disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce the Company’s Terms of Use, operate the Company, or protect you.
• Sale or merger
  In the event of reorganization, merger, or assignment, all or part of the personal information collected by the Company may be transferred to related parties.
