III. Information sharing and provision of information to third parties

The Company will not share your personal information with or provide it to third parties except in any of the following cases. If the Company provides your personal information to a third party, it will instruct the third party to keep the disclosed information confidential and not to use your information for purposes other than those specified by the Company:

• When your consent is obtained
  With your consent, the Company may provide your information (it may be personal information.) to a third party company, organization, or individual.
• Provision to a performance organizer
  In the following cases, the Company may provide all or part of personal information of you or ticket users (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) to the performance organizers. In order for the performance organizers (including the host of the performance, the operating company, and the agency to which the performers belong; the same shall apply hereinafter) to (i) notify customers or ticket users who have purchased tickets through the Services about the cancellation, postponement, or change of content of the performance, and to provide refunds accordingly; (ii) confirm the identity of the customers when exchanging tickets or entering the venue; (iii) provide information about the performance, products, and services provided by the performance organizers; or (iv) in order for the performance organizers to contact customers who have violated the PIA Membership Terms and Conditions, etc.
• Provision to affiliated credit card company
  For customers who have received an affiliated credit card from a credit card company affiliated with the Company (hereinafter referred to as “Affiliated Credit Card Company”), the Company may provide all or part of your personal information (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) to the Affiliated Credit Card Company in order for the Affiliated Credit Card Company to provide the basic functions and ancillary services of the affiliated credit card, as well as to conduct market research and product development in the business of the Affiliated Credit Card Company and franchisees.
• Provision to payment service companies and card issuers
  The following personal information, etc. collected from you may be provided to our payment service providers, Paygent Co., Ltd. and GMO Payment Gateway, Inc., as well as to your card issuing company, for the purpose of detecting and preventing fraudulent use by the card issuing company.
  

  Your identification ID, credit card identification ID, phone number, e-mail address, registered address information, delivery address, payment amount, account activity information, and credit card registration date and time.

  If you use a credit card issued by a credit card issuer in a foreign country, this information may be transferred to the country of such credit card issuer. As the destination differs depending on the credit card issuer you use, the Company cannot specify the foreign country to which your personal information is transferred. Therefore, please confirm the address of the credit card issuer you use.
• Provision of information to business operators that provide fraudulent transaction prevention services
  The Company may provide some of your personal information to third parties that provide fraudulent transaction prevention services to detect and prevent fraud in online transactions and to improve the approval rate of legitimate transactions.
• Provision to a Ticket Insurance Company
  The Company provides some personal information (name, address, phone number, e-mail address, ticket information, etc.) of customers who purchased tickets through the Services to AWP Ticket Guard Small Amount & Short Term Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Ticket Insurance Company”), a Ticket Insurance Company affiliated with the Company, for the purpose of simplifying the entry of customer information (such as name and performance information) at the time of application and for the purpose of allowing Ticket Insurance Company to contact you as necessary. The Ticket Insurance Company outsources part of its business to simplesurance GmbH.
• Sharing with third party service providers
  The Company will provide your information to third parties who provide services such as data analysis, e-mail transmission, identity verification services, hosting services, and customer service on its behalf, third parties who provide services such as payment agencies, or third parties who support the Company’s marketing.
• Sharing for integration with external services
  The Company may provide the user's information to the external service operator in connection with the external service of X, Google Account Other, or authentication using the external service.
• Sharing with third-party advertisers
  The Company may share the following information with third-party advertisers: (1) specific technical information (including IP address and terminal ID.); (2) non-personally identifiable statistical information; and (3) non-personally identifiable information about the use of the services. • Sharing with LiveRamp Japan
  The Company may provide some of your personal information (such as gender, date of birth, postal code, one-way hashed email address, etc.) and information such as purchase history, browsing history, device information, and survey/questionnaire results to LiveRamp Japan K.K. (hereinafter referred to as “LiveRamp”; privacy policy, click here) for the purpose of delivering information tailored to the customer’s interests and preferences, as well as for advertising delivery, and measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of advertising carried out by us or a third party. • Regarding provision to point sites, etc.
  When you access and use our services via an advertising business partnered with us (including via a point site or other medium registered with the affiliate service provided by that advertising business), we will provide a portion of your purchase information to that advertising business and point site for the purpose of them understanding advertising performance results and providing advertising services to you. The handling of your purchase information by the destination where we provide it will be in accordance with the privacy policy established by the point site used.
