Thank you for your continued patronage of Ticket PIA 's services.

Ticket PIA will be making some changes to its ticket service fees starting October 1, 2024.
While we have always focused on ensuring trust by providing safe and secure services, we have been faced with major changes in the socio-economic environment, including the need to further strengthen measures against growing security threats, rising system costs, and increases in various distribution costs paid to business partners. As a result, this is the first time we have revised our fees since the introduction of service fees in 2006.

While expanding services and strengthening support to improve customer convenience, taking measures against high-priced resales, and strengthening security, we have striven to maintain fee prices by reducing costs and improving operational efficiency. However, at the same time, we have found it urgent to address rapidly increasing operating expenses.

Ticket PIA Pia will continue to strive to improve productivity and strive to further improve our service and quality, so we appreciate your understanding.
