チケットは引換券。雨天決行。１５歳以下（２０２６年４月２６日までに満１５歳以下の方）は保護者同伴に限り無料。出演者変更に伴う払戻し不可。出演者はいずれかの公演に出演。

＜チケットについて＞
・チケットご購入前に必ずオフィシャルホームページ等にて注意事項をご確認下さい。
・全てのチケットはご購入後の払い戻しはできかねます。
・電子チケットのみを対象にリセールを実施します。詳細は後日ご案内いたします。
・各チケットはいかなる場合(紛失・盗難・破損等)も再発行致しません。公演日まで大切に保管して下さい。
・各チケットをお申込み頂きましたお客様の情報は、個人情報保護法に基づきチケットの発送及びフェスティバルの情報配信等においてのみ使用致します。
・各チケットの転売・営利を目的としたお申込みは固くお断りさせて頂きます。
・本フェスティバルは雨天決行です。但し、荒天の際は中止になる場合もあります。荒天、天災が生じた場合は、オフィシャルホームページにて情報をお伝え致します。
なお、途中中止の場合、払戻しは致しません。予めご了承下さい。

＜15歳以下入場無料について＞
対象となる方：2026年4月26日までに満15歳以下の方 (要保護者同伴)
対象券種：入場券・キャンプサイト券
・チケットの購入は不要です。
・公演当日、受付で本人確認後にリストバンドをお渡しします。(受付の詳細は後日お知らせします。また、リストバンドがつけられない乳児/幼児は除きます。)
・以下の年齢を確認できる書類を必ずお持ちください。
〈本人確認書類〉
１一点で良い書類
・パスポート
・マイナンバーカード
・身体障害者手帳(写真付)
２二点必要な書類
・健康保険証または資格確認書
・母子手帳(小学生以下)
・学生証または生徒手帳(いずれも写真付)
・身体障害者手帳(写真無)
・療育手帳

＜チケット引取について＞
Tickets for this sale will be selected from the My Ticket issuance method page of Ticket PIA after purchase and payment, but the only issue service that can be selected is "E-ticket issue on a smartphone". issue by paper ticket at convenience stores is not possible.
■ Notes on E-ticket
E-ticket is a admission using [MOALA]. Ticket PIA My Ticket page admission is not available.
After selecting and operating "Pick up with E-ticket" on the My Ticket page of Ticket PIA, you can receive the E-ticket by accessing the MOALA Ticket receipt URL issued. MOALA does not require the installation of a dedicated app, and can be displayed and admission E-ticket with the browser of your smartphone device.

■Handling of Personal Information
When using E-ticket on MOALA, we will provide some of the ticket holder's personal information (name, telephone number) to playground Co., Ltd. in order to provide services related to E-ticket and facilitate administrative work related to admission.
