＜チケットのお引取りについて＞
After purchasing and paying for the tickets for this sale, you can choose to "issue at the store or at the counter" or "E-ticket issue on your smartphone" on the My Ticket page of the Ticket PIA.
■ Notes on E-ticket
E-ticket is a admission using [MOALA]. Ticket PIA does not admission on the My Ticket page of the screen.
You can receive the E-ticket by selecting "Pick up at E-ticket" on the My Ticket page of the Ticket PIA and accessing the issued MOALA Ticket receipt URL. MOALA does not require the installation of a dedicated app, and can be displayed and admission E-ticket with the browser of your smartphone device.

■Handling of Personal Information
When using E-ticket at MOALA, we will provide some of the ticket holder's personal information (name, phone number) to playground Co., Ltd. in order to provide services related to E-ticket and facilitate administrative work related to admission.

※観覧場所の⾼さを上げる機材等の持ち込みは出来ません。
踏み台や折りたたみ椅⼦の持ち込みは禁⽌です。またイスの上などに乗る⾏為も禁⽌となります。
客席に置けないような⼤きな荷物は場内に持ち込めません。
バックパック、ブリーフケース、アタッシュケース、キャリーバック等、
⼤きな荷物に関しては、客席内に置くスペースがありませんので、持ち込みを禁⽌致します。
【⾞椅⼦スペースについて】
●⾞椅⼦スペースは購⼊チケットの席番などに関係なく、会場の指定位置となります。
●前⽅の⽅が⽴ち上がったり、周りの状況によりステージが⾒えなくなる場合がございますが、予めご了承の上チケットのご購⼊をお願い致します。
●⾞椅⼦スペースには限りがございます。会場によってはご利⽤が出来ない場合がございますが、予めご了承をお願い申し上げます。
●⾞椅⼦の同⾏者は1名のみとなり、同⾏者もチケットが必要です。同⾏者は⾞椅⼦ご本⼈の隣ではなく、会場によって同⾏者エリアが異なります。
●また、会場によっては、必須な介助者を除いては、同⾏をご遠慮頂く場合もございます。限られたスペースに付き、皆様のご理解ご了承のほど、何卒お願い申し上げます。
