What is 後払い powered by atone?
atone is a next month payment service provided by Net Protections, Inc. that anyone can use immediately. You can pay for this month's usage in one lump sum at a convenience store or by direct bank account the following month.
Payment Method
Atone will send you an email at the beginning of the month following your purchase with the number required to issue a payment slip.
Please issue a payment slip from a convenience store terminal and make payment by the 10th of the following month (default setting).
You can choose from the following payment methods on the atone smartphone app or your online My Page (which will take you to Net Protections, Inc. website).
- Convenience store terminal / Bank ATM (Pay-easy) *Standard setting
- Electronic barcode (convenience store)
- Postcard invoice (convenience store)
- Automatic withdrawal (direct bank account)
*Convenience store terminals/bank ATMs (Pay-easy) cannot be used to make payments at 7-Eleven.
Payments will be made in a specified manner in accordance with the membership terms and conditions of Net Protections, Inc. that operates atone.
Important Notices
●Deferred payment powered by atone is not available for some releases.
●If you choose to pay later, your payment will be confirmed and you will be obligated to pay when you complete your ticket purchase.
●If you are selected by lottery, your invoice will be finalized at the time of your winning. You will be required to pay for all performances you have been selected for.
Please make payment by the deadline notified by atone. If you do not make payment by the deadline or if you cancel your membership, the invoice from atone will not be canceled.
●Even if a refund is decided due to the cancellation of the performance, etc., you will still need to pay the deferred payment invoice once. Please note that Payment fee are not eligible for refunds.
*For refunds, please follow the instructions here and complete the procedure within the refund acceptance period.
Regarding use
●To use this service, you will need to register as a member of "atone."
●You may be required to complete additional authentication when purchasing. Please note that atone authentication may not be completed within the time it takes to tentatively reserve your seat.
If you wish to use the deferred payment powered by atone service, we strongly recommend that you complete your membership registration with "atone" before tickets go on sale.

●In the month that you use atone, a 209 yen billing fee will be charged by atone in addition to the purchase amount and Payment fee at Ticket PIA (free if you pay by bank account). Please note this in advance.
●If you have no payment history with atone, you can use up to 30,000 yen in total. (The available amount will change from the month following your payment depending on your payment history. In the case of lottery applications, the available amount will be temporarily reserved at the time of application.)
Since atone will review each purchase, you may be refused use even if the amount is within the available limit.
●You cannot log in to one atone membership account simultaneously using multiple PIA member ID.
Payment fee
[If purchasing on first-come, first-served, first-served basis]
For each purchase, if the total face value of the tickets is 5,000 yen or less, the cost is 330 yen, and if the total face value of the tickets is 5,001 yen or more, the cost is 616 yen.
[If purchasing through lottery sale]
For the performance with the highest total face value of the tickets among lottery applications, if the total face value of the tickets is 5,000 yen or less, the fee will be 330 yen. If the total face value of the tickets is 5,001 yen or more, the fee will be 616 yen.
*If your application is for Multiple Performance Entry, a handling fee of 330 yen will be charged for each performance if the total face value of the tickets is 5,000 yen or less, and 616 yen if the total face value of the tickets is 5,001 yen or more.

In case of Multiple Performance Entry
・1st performance: Ticket face value total of 5,000 yen or less Payment fee 330 yen
・2nd performance: Ticket face value total of 5,001 yen or more Payment fee 616 yen
・3rd performance: Ticket face value total of 5,000 yen or less Payment fee 330 yen
If you are selected, Payment fee will be charged for each performance depending on the performance you have been selected for.
If you are selected for the first and second performances as described above, Payment fee will be charged for each performance you have applied for, so Payment fee for both performances will be 946 yen in total.
・First choice: Ticket face value total of 5,000 yen or less Payment fee 616 yen
・Second choice: Ticket face value total of 5,001 yen or more Payment fee 616 yen
・Third choice: Ticket face value total of 5,000 yen or less Payment fee 616 yen
When entering tickets in order of preference, Payment fee will be determined based on the ticket value of the performance with the highest total face value among the performances you have applied for.
In the above case, the ticket price for the performance with the highest total face value is over 5,001 yen, so Payment fee will be 616 yen.
With the first-choice entry, you will only be selected for one of your desired performances, but even if the total face value of the tickets for the performance you are selected for is less than 5,000 yen, Payment fee will be 616 yen.
