Distribution method

This is a service that allows you to transfer tickets on Ticket PIA 's "My Ticket" page to another Pia member, one ticket at a time.

Notes

• Some performances are excluded.
• Tickets that specify admission attendees at the time of sale cannot be distributed to anyone other than those admission.
• Once the recipient has received the ticket, the distribution cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
• Distribution involves only the handing over of tickets; no monetary exchange is permitted.
  Payment will be made as usual by the customer who made the purchase on Ticket PIA website, paying for the number of tickets purchased. It is not possible to pay for only a portion of the number of tickets purchased.
  Customers who receive distributed tickets must also register as Ticket PIA members.
• If your phone number is not verified when receiving your distribution, you will not be able to complete the collection.

You can issue a distribution URL and send it to the recipient via LINE or email.
The person receiving the ticket will click on the URL and log in with PIA member ID that has been verified by phone number to complete the distribution.
This is the distribution method for the first time when sharing tickets from Ticket PIA 's "My Ticket".

STEP 1: From Ticket PIA 's "My Ticket" page, select the ticket details for the performance you want to distribute.

Click "issue/distribute Distribute."

STEP 2. Select the tickets you want to distribute.

Select the tickets you want to distribute. You can select one ticket at a time.
Once you have made your selection, click "Distribute Tickets."

STEP 3. Select the distribution method.

Click "Send distribution URL via email or LINE."

STEP 4: A distribution URL will be issued.

Click "Send distribution URL via email or LINE" and a distribution URL will be issued.
A URL will be displayed, so copy it and send it to the recipient via email or LINE.
*The URL is valid for 24 hours, so please send the above URL to the user you want to give it to via email, LINE, etc. so that they can receive it within the validity period.
*If you do not receive the item within the valid period of the URL, the above URL will become invalid. Please be sure to receive the item within the valid period.
*Please do not post the URL on social media or other places where it can be seen by an unspecified number of people.

This is the distribution method for people who have distributed to you using the URL issuance pattern at least once.
This method involves selecting the recipient directly on the distribution screen and then distributing the points.

STEP 1: From Ticket PIA 's "My Ticket" page, select the ticket details for the performance you want to distribute.

Click "issue/distribute Distribute."

STEP 2. Select the tickets you want to distribute.

Select the tickets you want to distribute. You can select one ticket at a time.
Once you have made your selection, click "Distribute Tickets."

STEP 3. Select the distribution method.

Click "Select recipient you've shared with in the past and send."

STEP 4: Select who you want to share with.

Select the person you want to share with and click "Distribute tickets."
A final confirmation pop-up will be displayed before distribution. Verify that the recipient and ticket to be distributed are correct, then click "Distribute Tickets".
When the ticket distribution completion screen is displayed, distribution is complete.

You can only cancel tickets that are waiting to be distributed.
Once a distribution has been completed, there is no possibility of cancelling the distribution thereafter.

STEP 1. Select the performance you want to cancel

From the "My Ticket" page, click on the performance you wish to cancel.
A pop-up will appear, so click "Cancel ticket distribution."

STEP 2 Cancel distribution

A confirmation message will appear asking you to cancel your ticket distribution. Click "Cancel ticket distribution."
When the message "Cancellation successful" is displayed, the cancellation is complete.
