Refunds are available for ticket price, System usage fee, issuance fee, and Special sales fee.

If you request multiple tickets in one application and are unable to prepare them in sequential numbers, you may be able to prepare them in different seats. If it is not possible to prepare a sequential number, a cautionary comment will be displayed on the screen. You can also check the seat number and Serial number displayed on the display, so please be sure to check before purchasing. lottery For sales, if you wish to purchase multiple tickets in one application, we will prepare them in sequential numbers. Seats will never be separated.
You can specify the type of seat, but you cannot specify the seat number. Since the computer prepares the seats in the order of your application, you cannot specify the specific seat number or direction. Thank you for your understanding.
